Never fails. Every time i come to this Starbucks they never listen or even read. I asked for a grande they give me a venti. I asked for light ice. They give me more ice. I don’t know how many other ways to say grande or light ice. Feels like I’m drinking 2oz of the actual drink and the rest is just ice. This is literally a robbery. You guys are expensive as it is. MAKE THE ORDERS CORRECTLY.

I had an unexpected medical emergency while visiting this Starbucks location, and I can’t say enough about how kind and compassionate the manager on duty was. From the moment they realized something was wrong, they were incredibly attentive and made sure I was safe and comfortable the entire time. I called at around 5:15 and I believe she had just left. I think her name was Leah. I ended up being there for about an hour and a half. I’m truly grateful for the support I received here. Thank you for going above and beyond—it meant more than I can express. 3100 Dykes Rd, Pembroke Pines, FL

Poor service. The employees only focus on drive thru customers. I ordered a tea and an lemon loaf. They forgot about the lemon loaf (they charged it). I had to ask for stevia (wasn’t offered any) AND has to then ask for a stirring stick. How was I supposed to stir my tea?!
